GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed in India are catered to by safe and reliable courier companies like Delhivery, DTDC and BlueDart. We offer free shipping in India.

PAYMENT TERMS

We offer safe and secure credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders.

TAXES

All prices are including tax. 12% GST.

DELIVERY TIME

We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 9-12 working days. The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All the Rajenncy pieces are made to order and are made with lots of love and care. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the Rajenncy pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size, please consult our size chart/team who can guide you on which size to use. If still we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at rajenncy@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +917011483775 (no calls are attended as messages are better for record keeping) and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.

We have a 15-day return/exchange policy, which means it will take us 15 days after receiving the request to settle the return/exchange process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Also, products bought on discount/sale/flash sales are not eligible for return. If upon receiving, there is any clue of the garment being worn, (perfume, stains, washed), Rajenncy holds the right to reject the return/exchange request plea.

DISCLAIMER :
  • 1. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
  • 2. Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order products are non returnable and non exchangeable. In order to maintain fairness to our tailors, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
  • 3. In some cases, exchange can be availed at an extra charge of Rs. 500 apart from the new price of the product (in case it's off discount).
HOW TO EXCHANGE?

You must inform us within 7 days of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to rajenncy@gmail.com with order number and attach an image of the piece purchased or Whatsapp us at +917011483775. Once you have mailed us, please ship out the pieces to the following address:

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, a Rs. 100 shipping charge will be levied as COD.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.

Rajenncy reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the Rajenncy pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).

Post Script- All custom made orders are non-returnable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. We don't do free international shipping. The cost of the courier needs to be borne by the customer. There is a flat Rs. 1200 shipping charge regardless of the weight and destination.

2. You can directly place an international order on the website. Should you face any issues, please write in to us at rajenncy@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +917011483775.

3. In case any issues arise, we will share a custom payment link and once the payment is confirmed subsequently the package will be shipped to its final international destination.

4. We try our best to ship our Rajenncy pieces to you within 10-15 working days.

5. The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners.

6. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

We has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or products bought during sale or on discounted price or if coupon codes are used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
