Returns
- Items can be returned within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
- Sale items and customised pieces are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@rajenncy.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, ship the item back to our address (provided upon approval).
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour (subject to availability). Please get in touch with us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right immediately.
