At Rajenncy, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items and customised pieces are not eligible for return.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for a different size within 5 days of delivery, subject to availability.
- To request an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at contact@rajenncy.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at contact@rajenncy.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
